MindSpeed was established in 2002 by Mr. N. Vasudeva Murthy and Mr. H.R. Ramesh Chandra,
experts in human resources management and customer support respectively. 

They worked in Wipro for over two decades before starting MindSpeed. Mr. Vasudeva Murthy was Vice-President -HR and Mr. Ramesh Chandra was CEO, Customer Support, at Wipro.

MindSpeed has so far trained over a lakh and a half working professionals in organisations country-wide.

We have the capability to take up total training outsourcing projects.

DIRECTOR

Vasu is an expert in Human Resources Management. He was the Vice President, HR, Wipro Infotech before setting up MindSpeed. Designing and implementing innovative HR processes and practices has been his forte. He was instrumental in implementing PCMM initiatives at WIPRO. With insights garnered over four decades of managing and developing personnel and organizations, Vasu has steered MindSpeed towards its goal of training excellence.

Pratheep Selvaraj

MANAGER, OPERATIONS

Pratheep handles the operations at MindSpeed as well as engages with clients to identify their training requirements. He comes with several years of experience in end to end HR and corporate training activities . He is adept at sourcing, referrals and staffing besides managing training activities.A highly motivated professional , he brings great dynamism and innovation to the table.

T.Jaya Shobaneshwari

CONSULTANT, COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOUR TRAINING

Jaya handles the design and development of communication and behaviour training programmes. She comes with over 20 years of experience in facilitating communication skills development. One of her key projects was carrying out a business English competence mapping project for Infosys in China.
